Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at www.lamereclothing.com.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Items can be returned or exchanged 30 days from the date the order was placed. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been washed are ineligible.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required to accompany all return orders.  Please write on the proof of purchase the preference of refund or exchange. 

**All discounted and sale items are final sale.**

EXCHANGES:

If exchanging, please indicate the preferred size directly on the proof of purchase  accompanying your package.  If no note is made, a refund will be assumed and applied.

Once we have received your returns in like-new condition, we will notify you by email and send out the preferred item as soon as possible.

Please note, exchanges are primarily for same items, different size.

REFUNDS:

Once we have received your returns in like-new condition, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to the original form of payment.  The credit will be reflected on your account in approximately 1-3 days, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

SHIPPING:
Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.
